Purpose

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of the design and content services offered by Inkfinch Studio through inkfinch.com.

Services

All services are digital in nature. Prices shown are net amounts in Mexican pesos (MXN); 16% VAT is added at payment.

Purchase and payment

The engagement is confirmed upon completing payment through the enabled gateways. You will receive a confirmation email.

Delivery

Delivery times are agreed per service. As digital products, no physical shipping is required.

Intellectual property

Once the service is paid in full, final deliverables belong to the client. Inkfinch Studio retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Base version subject to confirmation with the merchant’s final legal details.
