Refund Policy

Nature of the services

Inkfinch Studio services are custom digital work. Once production has started, amounts corresponding to stages already executed are non-refundable.

Cancellations

If you cancel before production starts, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.

Partial refunds

If cancellation occurs while the project is in progress, the proportional amount for work not yet executed will be refunded, deducting the stages already delivered.

Requests

All refund requests must be sent to studio@inkfinch.com with your order number. Refunds are processed through the original payment method within up to 10 business days.

Base version subject to confirmation with the merchant’s final legal details.
